What we collect

Account & contact details (name, email, phone, company), billing information processed by our payment provider, project briefs you submit, footage and source files you upload, and standard analytics (page views, device type, referrer) collected via privacy-respecting tooling.

How we use it

To deliver your video projects, communicate about timelines and revisions, send invoices, and improve the service. We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Project files are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure (AWS Mumbai region by default). Brief data lives in our managed database. Backups are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the editors and producers assigned to your account.

How long we keep it

Footage and source files are deleted from our active servers 90 days after final delivery unless you opt to retain. Final exports remain in your project board for the lifetime of your subscription. Account and billing records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email producers@videolegendary.com and we'll respond within 7 business days. You can also pause or cancel your subscription from your account at any time without losing delivered work.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for cart and session state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics are aggregated and anonymized.

Updates

We'll notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before any material change to this policy.
