The agreement
By subscribing or commissioning a one-time project from Video Legendary, you agree to these terms. We may update them with at least 14 days' notice to active subscribers.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can pause for any number of full billing cycles or cancel anytime from your account — no questions, no retention call. Unused output does not roll over between months.
What we deliver
Each plan defines active project slots and a response window. We commit to first cuts within the stated turnaround on standard requests. Complex motion, multi-language localizations, or projects requiring talent/sourced footage may extend timelines — we'll always tell you upfront.
Revisions
Revisions are unlimited within the scope of the original brief. Material changes to direction or scope (new concept, new footage, new format) will be flagged and may be queued as a fresh request.
Ownership
On full payment, you own all final delivered exports and may use them in any commercial context. We retain the right to display selected work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Source project files are made available on request and are yours to keep.
Footage & rights
You confirm that any footage, music, logos, or assets you upload are licensed for the intended use. We are not liable for third-party rights claims arising from material you supplied. Stock licenses we purchase on your behalf are billed at cost and disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months. If we miss a stated turnaround due to our error, we'll credit the affected month. One-time projects are refundable in full before pre-production begins, and pro-rated thereafter.
Acceptable use
We won't produce content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or designed to harass. We reserve the right to decline a brief or end a subscription with a pro-rata refund if these limits are crossed.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
